Cinque Terre By Land

This page will be a collection of photos of the tour members on hikes of various lengths. At least one person hiked to all five cities, most to fewer. On this page we will travel from south to north.

The first town at the south end of the Cinque Terre is Riomaggiore.

Finally we have Monterosso, which Don and Elizabeth visited.

This is the old town of Monterosso, viewed from a point between the old town and the new town.

This is a look in the opposite direction.

We hiked up a bit to get this view.

There was also this view, looking inland.

Then we rewarded ourselves with lunch at the Belvedere.

After a day of hiking, some still had the energy to look around Levanto. We also had the farewell dinner for the tour there..
